How does time tracking work?
You can start a timer directly on the home screen or enter times manually. The system shows patterns in your work distribution without forcing artificial precision. Graphs reveal when long days accumulate or breaks are missing.
How do project time and billing work?
You assign working time to a contract: project, date, start and end time, short comment. At month-end, everyone involved confirms their entries. The invoice issuer sees the status and can release individually when needed. The actual invoice is still created in your accounting tool.
How do KPIs and OKRs help in everyday work?
You choose from a curated selection of metrics that fit your business. For each KPI you set a range. A graph shows the trajectory over months and makes visible when action, investment, or course correction becomes useful. OKRs and a Hill Chart keep quarterly goals visible for everyone.
How is the leave and absence process handled?
Team members submit a request, the admin approves or rejects it. The yearly overview shows who is already absent. Public holidays and personal working days are automatically considered, including for part-time. Cancellation runs through a separate request so nothing changes silently.
Can I manage multiple companies in one account?
Yes. Direct context switching keeps work simple while data, responsibilities, and teams stay clearly separated per company. You can set the order yourself so the most frequently used context becomes your personal starting point.

How secure is my data?
The cockpit is operated on ISO/IEC 27001 principles and is GDPR-compliant. Hosting is in the EU via AWS. No tracking cookies are used, and data is not shared with third parties.
