In Grounds Up, a meeting does not begin with a fixed sequence. The team first collects topics together. Then people vote to prioritise what should be discussed.
This lets the agenda emerge from what is relevant to participants at that moment. Not every topic needs to be in every meeting. And important questions do not disappear simply because they were not on a list in advance.
Focus through a clear time frame
The selected topics are discussed timeboxed. That gives the conversation a frame without prescribing its content. A topic receives attention, but it cannot quietly take over the entire meeting.
This does not replace good facilitation. It does provide a simple structure for it: make topics visible, decide relevance together and use the available time deliberately.
Enter a room without friction
A room can be created immediately and the team invited by link. There is no email verification, no waiting time and no additional invitation process. This suits situations where a meeting should not need administrative preparation first.
Grounds Up is free, with no hidden costs, user limits or features behind a paywall. Rooms are temporary and deleted automatically. Operations follow ISO/IEC 27001 principles and are GDPR-compliant.
